You can visit our website without having to provide us with any personal data. We will only know the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you visited us and the individual pages that you visit. The renter’s personal data is saved regularly until the legal three-year standard limitation period has elapsed (section 195 of the German Civil Code) and deleted once this period has elapsed. If we are obliged to retain the data for a longer period due to tax-based retention or documentation obligations in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1, Section 1 c) of the GDPR or you have consented to extended retention in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1, Section 1 a) of the GDPR, these periods are decisive.
3. Transmission of data to third parties
Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties.
5. Right to object
If your personal data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1, Section 1 f) of the GDPR, you have the right to revoke your consent to processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. If you wish to make use of your right to object, please contact the controller at the aforementioned addresses.
