HAUSMARIA has two apartments available: MARIA is 23 square metres and JOHANNA 28 square metres. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom, lounge, satellite TV, wifi, and offers space for up to two people. Both MARIA and JOHANNA have a separate house door with their own parking space directly in front of the entrance, which is accessible in both cases. The interiors are also completely at ground level, right up to the walk-in shower. The JOHANNA apartment even has a wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a large door, shower and space for movement.

Coffee and tea are provided in your apartment kitchen. There is also a small selection of essentials such as spaghetti and tomato sauce. The kitchen is equipped so that you can be completely self-sustaining. If you can’t be bothered with this sometimes, you only have to walk for five minutes until you reach the nearest laid table: Breakfast and coffee & cake are available at Café Krechel or Café Jung, lunch and dinner at Restaurant Mykonos or Restaurant Klinkner.

Just a few minutes on foot from HAUSMARIA is the Emmelshausen shopping street with bakeries, a butchers, cafés, pharmacies, restaurants, an ice cream parlour, supermarkets, ATMs, gyms, newspaper shops/tobacconists and doctors’ surgeries. The indoor swimming pool with sunbathing area is just as close. Emmelshausen station and the ZAP cultural centre in the spa gardens, with the tourist information centre, are around ten minutes away on foot. This is also the start of a beautiful cycle path on which you can ride for 38 km to the district town of Simmern without any large hills up or down, as the path runs along the route of a former railway line. Interesting for hikers: If you start from HAUSMARIA, you’ll reach the Traumschleife Oberes Baybachtal hiking path in just a few hundred metres. There are also beautiful access paths to the 410 km long Saar-Hunsrück-Steig hiking path, which has been awarded Germany's prettiest hiking path many times, after just a few kilometres. The price is € 50 per night – no matter if you book an apartment for you alone or for two people.
(If you book an apartment as a single person, the second bed will be stowed away and you will have more space available.)
